Documents Required For Starting A Company in Dubai

To register a company in Dubai Mainland, you need to provide some essential documents, including:

Passport & Visa Copies: Copies of passport and visa of the shareholder and manager

Personal Information: Personal information of the shareholder and manager

NOC For Residents of UAE: No objection certificate (NOC) from your sponsor if you are a resident of the UAE. However, if you are on a tourist or visitor visa, we do not require an NOC.
